Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics administration or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manifest consignments and ensure freight documentation is accurate.
• Support load planning and daily transport operations.
• Coordinate and manage customer orders and job requests.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and operations teams to meet service expectations.
• Manage freight bookings, delivery schedules and time-slot requests.
• Debrief driver paperwork and close out daily runs.
• Assist with depot pallet control and tracking.
• Maintain transport records and regulatory documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Administration and Depot Manager.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of depot operations.
