Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in a similar administrative role.
• Experience in transport or logistics preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and weekends as required.
• High level problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and manage performance against established systems.
• Capture data, debrief, and handle pricing where applicable.
• Prepare rosters and allocate resources effectively.
• Process transactions including pallet control and banking preparation.
• Manage cash sales, petty cash and financial reconciliation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
