Job summary

Lindsay Transport is seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor in Adelaide to lead our administrative team and ensure compliant, efficient operations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will supervise staff, coordinate data capture, and support pricing and customer service within a busy transport and logistics environment.

You’ll need 5+ years in a similar role, industry knowledge, leadership ability, flexibility to work overtime, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in a similar administration role.
• Transport or logistics industry knowledge.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends as required.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative staff to meet performance targets.
• Capture data and ensure accurate pricing and invoicing.
• Prepare rosters and allocate resources effectively.
• Process pallet transactions accurately and timely.
• Manage cash sales, petty cash and banking preparation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
