CHL Ecolab in Sydney seeks an Administration Officer to support Purification Technologies across ANZ. You’ll join a small, high‑performing team, coordinating customer orders, inventory, logistics, warehousing, freight and sales support to deliver an exceptional customer experience from order to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer operations or order management.
• Exposure to logistics, warehousing, inventory or supply chain processes.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Microsoft Excel and systems capability.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide delivery updates; resolve issues.
• Support customer account administration and invoicing tasks.
• Coordinate stock movements across Australia and New Zealand.
• Liaise with warehouses, freight providers and logistics partners; monitor inventory.
• Prepare quotations and pricing information; assist with sample shipments and requests.
