Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Purolite portfolio across ANZ. You’ll be the operational backbone coordinating orders, stock, logistics, warehousing, freight, sales support and customer service for a small, high-performing team.

You'll manage customer orders, stock movements and invoicing, while supporting the ANZ sales team and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience. This role offers high autonomy in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order management.
• Exposure to logistics or supply chain processes.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide delivery updates.
• Resolve order and delivery issues.
• Coordinate stock movements across ANZ.
• Liaise with warehouses, freight providers and logistics partners.
• Prepare customer quotations and pricing information.
• Assist with invoicing and accounts administration.
• Coordinate supplier and customer documentation.
• Work with regional and global support teams as required.
