Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Purification Technologies ANZ portfolio. You will be the operational backbone, coordinating customer orders, inventory, logistics, warehousing, freight, and sales support to deliver an exceptional customer experience from order to delivery.

You will work across customer service, logistics and supply chain operations in a flexible hybrid setup, partnering with a small ANZ team and regional/global support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer operations or order management.
• Exposure to logistics, warehousing, inventory or supply chain processes.
• Excellent administration and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and systems capability.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide delivery updates.
• Resolve order and delivery issues.
• Support customer account administration.
• Coordinate stock movements across AU & NZ and liaise with warehouses and freight providers.
• Monitor inventory availability and replenishment requirements.
• Prepare customer quotations and pricing information.
• Assist with invoicing and accounts administration.
