Job summary

Dragonfly is seeking hands-on Operations Support team members for our Caloundra delivery hub on a Tue-Sat 2:00pm–10:00pm shift. You will support daily delivery operations, prepare reports, and coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure on-time parcel movements across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and tracking packages.
• Handle incoming/outgoing packages, including returns, ensuring smooth flow.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Delivery Partners to loadout and resolve issues quickly.
• Liaise with the call center for customer updates or queries.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and peak-time sortation.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate issues to Supervisors as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area per health and safety standards.

If you’ve got experience working in a warehouse or operations environment and are confident liaising with drivers, coordinating deliveries, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.You will be the go-to person for supporting the flow of packages in and out of the site, helping to prepare daily loads, coordinating with delivery partners, supporting drivers on the road, and jumping in where needed to keep everything moving efficiently.
