Job summary

Veolia in Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage the Toowoomba depot operations, coordinating driver runs, pickups, deliveries and vehicle servicing. You will support the team with admin tasks and ensure safety and timely service to customers.

The role involves invoicing, reporting, and liaising with workshops while maintaining high safety standards and reliability for daily operations. A customer-focused, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, coordination or scheduling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google platform is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for accurate and timely invoicing and reporting.
• Driver supervision and management.
• Scheduling daily runs, coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Processing runsheets and waste certificates.
• Monitoring driver fatigue and safety.
• Liaising with workshop and manager regarding vehicle breakdowns and defects.
• Meeting customer demands and expectations.
