Veolia is seeking an proactive Operations Coordinator to manage the Toowoomba depot: coordinating driver runs, pickups and deliveries, handling customer inquiries, processing runsheets and vehicle servicing tasks.

You will support a dynamic team, ensure safety, accuracy and timely reporting while upholding Veolia’s AlwaysSafe culture and focus on reliable service for customers and community. Monday to Friday on-site role with company benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience in Logistics, coordination or scheduling.
• Proficiency in Google platform (desirable).
• People, relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, reliable and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.

This role is a key role in supporting the dynamic and friendly team, assisting to deliver exceptional service to our customers and clients and keeping our drivers busy and safe.

Day to day this role involves the overall operations coordination of the Toowoomba depot, including scheduling driver and sub-contractor runs, pickups and deliveries, customer service, processing run sheets, emails and scheduling vehicle services and supporting the team in all administration tasks.

This role is Monday to Friday
