Job summary

Veolia ANZ in Keysborough (3173) is seeking an experienced Vehicle Logistics Officer to coordinate deliveries and collections across the division, ensuring timely service while upholding safety, CoR, environmental compliance and performance targets.

You will support drivers, monitor hours, billing and reporting, respond to customer issues quickly, and participate in daily end‑of‑shift meetings and monthly toolbox talks to foster a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bin collections to maximise route efficiency and on-time service.
• Manage driver hours, billing and reporting across the site with accuracy.
• Respond to customer issues with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Act as a contact for operational queries from Customer Services/Sales teams.
• Attend daily end-of-shift meetings with drivers to discuss incidents and feedback.
• Lead monthly safety toolbox talks to promote safety culture.
