Job summary

Linfox’s Intermodal operations in Tumut NSW is recruiting an Operations Administrator to support transport operations, drivers and subcontractors across NSW and interstate. You will create paperwork, process PODs, manage manifests and assist customer enquiries in a small team, Monday–Friday starting at 8am.

Using Blue Yonder and Excel, you will coordinate delivery time slots and ensure accurate documentation, meeting high-volume processing demands with reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration or operations support role, with transport experience highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume paperwork and competing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, accurate administrative support.
• Strong communication with customers, drivers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain driver and subcontractor paperwork, including manifests and delivery documentation.
• Utilise Blue Yonder and customer systems to create manifests and coordinate delivery time slots.
• Process and upload PODs and supporting documentation accurately.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding delivery times and paperwork.
