Job summary

Flemington Unloading Services Pty Ltd in Homebush NSW is seeking an Administrator – Logistics & Transport to support two busy logistics businesses. The role runs Monday to Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm, with duties across customer service, job entry, POD management and basic transport scheduling to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will handle data entry, filing, daily run sheets, and assist with market unloading paperwork, driver communications and simple operational reports to keep the team

Qualifications

Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Proficiency in data entry and basic office administration.
Ability to manage records, filing and reporting.

Responsibilities

Customer service and enquiries handling.
Enter jobs, manage PODs and schedule transport.
Data entry, filing and maintaining records.
Assist with unloading paperwork and run sheets daily.
Support with driver communications and bookings.
