Job summary

Linfox Intermodal in NSW is seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator to join the team in Chullora. You will process driver run sheets on Kronos, upload PODs, and manage weekly driver payments, while providing administrative support to operations and support teams.

The role requires transport operations experience, autonomy, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Experience with Blue Yonder, SAP and MS Excel will be highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport operations environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver safe and efficient service.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with processes.
• Familiarity with Kronos, SAP or similar systems is advantageous.
• Experience with Blue Yonder is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process driver run sheets using Kronos for payment.
• Upload PODs and manage local driver payments weekly.

What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator to join the team located in Chullora NSW. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets on Kronos, uploading POD’s and processing local company and subcontractor driver payments weekly, amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday starting at 9am. Key areas:

• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD’s and compliance.


• Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams daily


• Utilising Kronos to process driver hours for payment


• Organise and liaise with various carriers managing loads travelling via sea

Are you the one?

• Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.


• Previous knowledge within the transport industry.


• Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective service


• Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.


• Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP & MS Excel will be highly regarded.


• Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.
