Messina Talent is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12‑month maternity cover in a fast-paced logistics environment in Australia. The role is hands-on and operational, partnering with managers and employees across the full lifecycle to support change initiatives.

You will provide practical HR support across onboarding, performance, remuneration, workforce planning and HR processes. The team supports you and you will be visible to the business.
