Glasshouse Fragrances is seeking an HR Advisor on a 12-month maternity cover to support HR operations across Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Based at our head office in Rydalmere, you will drive recruitment, employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives for ~200 staff across admin, retail and manufacturing.

You will be professionally qualified with 3–6 years of HR generalist experience, strong communication, and system literacy.

Competenze

3–6 years of generalist HR experience.
Professional or tertiary qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inclusive systems.
Experience with recruitment, employee lifecycle, and IR duties.

Mansioni

Oversee recruitment across Aus, NZ & USA.
Manage employee relations including awards, legislation, visa compliance, licences and training.
Organise and manage engagement activities and events.
Manage the Performance Management cycle.
Oversee workers’ compensation and return-to-work activities.
Proactively drive 100% WHS across the business.
Support Executives, People Managers and staff.
Prepare monthly HR board and adhoc reports.
Collaborate with Finance and Payroll on queries.
Provide admin support to the Operations &HR Director.
