The Arnott’s Group is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Support Team Advisor to join our Australian operations during a parental leave period. You will manage orders from receipt through dispatch and ensure accuracy.

This 12-month contract offers exposure to SAP, order processing, and collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment. We value proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, retail, logistics or supply chain environment.

Mansioni

• Manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with customers, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to coordinate customer requirements.
• Review and validate orders within SAP and other systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support returns, credits and delivery schedule changes as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide support across the wider team.
