The Arnott's Group in NSW is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Support Team Advisor for a 12-month parental leave cover. You will manage orders from receipt to dispatch, coordinate with Sales and Logistics, validate orders in SAP, and support returns and delivery changes in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, retail, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and learning new systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to coordinate customer requirements.
• Review and validate orders within SAP and other systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support returns, credits and delivery schedule changes as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide support across the wider team.
