Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is hiring a Sales Support Representative to join a high-performing team around Lindfield, Sydney. This permanent part-time role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to cover workload. You’ll maintain in-store displays, support selling activities and nurture relationships with store staff.

Qualifications

• Higher school certificate preferred.
• Previous merchandising/sales experience in grocery or FMCG is a plus.
• Skills: drive results, customer focus, interpersonal savviness, creativity, problem solving, basic selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with identified trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities wherever possible.
• Ensure adequate stock on displays and accurate ticketing and POS in place.
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication with store personnel.
• Adhere to scheduled Call Plan and complete in-store tasks via i-CAP and Territory Manager.
• Assist Territory Manager in achieving business objectives through selling and POS management.
• Strict adherence to OH&S guidelines.
