Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a Sales Support Representative based in Liverpool, NSW for a permanent part-time role (20 hours per week). You will help establish in-store visuals, support selling activities, and coordinate stock and displays to boost sales at the store level.

You should have merchandising or sales experience in grocery or FMCG, and a customer‑focused attitude with basic selling skills. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High school certificate preferred.
• Experience in merchandising/sales in grocery or FMCG preferred.
• Strong customer service and basic selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with identified trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities.
• Ensure adequate stock on displays and correct ticketing and POS in place.
• Manage customer relationships with store personnel.
• Adherence to scheduled Call Plan and complete store tasks via i-CAP and Territory Manager.
• Support Territory Manager in achieving objectives and resolve non-compliance issues.

LIVERPOOL - PERMANENT PART TIME - 20 HOURS

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative based in Liverpool.

This is position is suited for someone looking for permanent part time work. You will need to be available at least 3 days a week. You must hold a valid driver's licence and must have access to a roadworthy vehicle.

About The Role

To establish at store level a visual presence through the building & maintenance of displays in line with identified trade standards and maintaining adequate stock cover. Given frequent contact with Customer store staff, a basic understanding of selling is required to assist with limited selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading The Arnott’s Group promotional activity.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities wherever possible
• Ensure adequate stock is available on displays and that correct ticketing and POS in in place.
• Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.
• Adherence to scheduled Call Plan and complete all in store tasks as requested through your i-CAP and via your Territory Manager.
• Assist the Territory Manager in achieving their business objectives and targets through selling, effective management & retention of POS and attempting to resolve non-compliance issues
• Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines

Ingredient For Success

• Preferably Higher school certificate
• Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.
• Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Creativity, Problem Solving, Basic Selling Skills
