Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative for the Sunshine Coast, Australia. This permanent part-time position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, 2–3 days, and a own car to visit stores.

You will establish in-store visuals, maintain stock, assist selling activities, and support the Territory Manager to achieve objectives. Tools include an iPad; perks include discounted products and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising/sales in FMCG preferred.
• Available for minimum 15 hours per week, 2–3 days.
• Own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising at store level to trade standards.
• Manage customer relationships with store personnel.
• Assist the Territory Manager in achieving business objectives via selling and POS management.
• Strict adherence to OH&S guidelines.

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative in the Sunshine Coast Area.

This is a permanent part time position with a requirement to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the requirement to flex up when needed depending on workload. You will need to be available 2-3 days per week and must have access to your own car.

About the Role

To establish at store level a visual presence through the building & maintenance of displays in line with identified trade standards and maintaining adequate stock cover. Given frequent contact with Customer store staff, a basic understanding of selling is required to assist with limited selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading The Arnott’s Group promotional activity.

What your day looks like:

Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards.

Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.

Assist the Territory Manager in achieving their business objectives and targets through selling, effective management & retention of POS and attempting to resolve non-compliance issues.

Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines.

Ingredient for Success:

Preferably Higher school certificate

Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.
