Job summary

The Arnott’s Group in Sydney (North Strathfield area) is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Support Team Advisor to manage orders, coordinate with Sales and Logistics, and ensure on-time delivery. This 12-month contract covers parental leave and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll balance customer service, order management, and logistics coordination while supporting continuous improvement activities in a flexible hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, retail, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and learning new systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to coordinate customer requirements.
• Review and validate orders within SAP and other systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support returns, credits and delivery schedule changes as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide support across the wider team.
