Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative in Sydney's Inner West, servicing stores like Top Ryde and Lane Cove. This permanent part-time role requires at least 16 hours per week and availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a valid driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.

In this role you will establish at-store visual presence, maintain stock, support promotional activity, and contribute to a high-performing field sales team.

Qualifications

• Preferably higher school certificate.
• Previous merchandising/sales experience in a grocery or FMCG organisation.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with identified trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities wherever possible.
• Ensure adequate stock is available on displays and that correct ticketing and POS is in place.
• Manage customer relationships through communication with store personnel.
• Adherence to scheduled Call Plan and complete in-store tasks via i-CAP and Territory Manager.
• Assist the Territory Manager in achieving business objectives and retention of POS.
• Strict adherence to OH&S guidelines.
