Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative to join our Sydney team on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours), servicing areas such as Town Hall and Marrickville. You’ll establish at-store visual presence, maintain displays, and support in-store selling activities across a dynamic FMCG environment.

This role requires a driver’s license, willingness to flex hours, and the ability to collaborate with store staff, Territory Manager, and customers to drive sales, stock

Qualifications

• Higher school certificate required.
• Experience in merchandising/sales in grocery or FMCG preferred.
• Willingness to drive and travel within Sydney metro.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising at store level per trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities.
• Ensure stock is displayed with correct ticketing and POS in place.
• Manage relationships with store personnel and customers.
• Follow the Call Plan and complete in-store tasks with i-CAP and Territory Manager guidance.
• Assist Territory Manager in achieving business objectives and resolve non-compliance issues.
