You will manage people, processes and performance, drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with customers, operational teams and stakeholders.

This is a strategic, hands‑on role that will identify improvements, enhance service delivery and foster accountability and collaboration across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a transport/logistics or admin setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the administration team to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate all admin activities supporting freight operations.
• Partner with operations to identify process improvements.
• Analyse operational data to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and stakeholder enquiries.
• Support workforce planning, training, and succession in admin.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across the business.
