Job summary

McNaughts Transport is seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to lead the administration function for the General Freight division. This full-time, onsite role is based in Acacia Ridge (QLD) with preference indicated for location when applying.

You will oversee invoicing, records, and coordination of consignments, supporting the Operations Manager and leadership team while ensuring timely reports to Corporate Services. Strong MS Office and Xero skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Administration Manager for 2+ years or equivalent, ideally within the transport or logistics industry.
• Higher-level verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Xero accounting software.
• Proven ability to work effectively with others and build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative tasks for the General Freight division, including invoicing and reporting.
• Manage auditable records for Chep and Loscam pallet accounts.
• Support Operations and Logistics Manager with allocation and coordination of consignments to drivers.
• Provide professional, proactive communication to customers.
• Ensure reports are delivered to the Corporate Services Manager on time.
