Job summary

Monaro Fuel Haulage (MFH) is seeking an Administration Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Sunshine West, Melbourne. The role combines administration, accounts support and operational tasks within transport and logistics.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some flexibility for the right candidate. The role covers processing consignments, purchase orders, payroll support and depot-wide administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing consignments within transport or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for records, data checks and reporting.
• Experience with Pronto or similar business management systems.
• Experience processing purchase orders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently or with teams across multiple depots.

Responsibilities

• Close out deliveries for MFH depots and verify paperwork for accuracy.
• Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
• Assist workshops with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist Melbourne Depot with payroll requirements, including timesheets and supporting records.
