Job summary

Sold Out Event Management PTY LTD is seeking an Account Manager – Logistics to oversee a corporate client account, manage inventory, coordinating signage production and freight, and support event-related projects. You will collaborate with warehouse, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.

The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive client management, and the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent jobs with autonomy.

Qualifications

• A current driver’s license is required.
• Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client account including inventory, logistics, and signage production.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate signage/equipment requisitions, freight, and production requests.
• Prepare job briefs, delivery instructions, and schedules.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client reports and manage billing information.
• Support event planning, execution and onsite logistics as needed.
