Uber seeks a Strategy and Operations Manager for the Earner Supply team in Sydney. You will own strategies to bring Delivery Partners onto Uber's platform, build acquisition campaigns, design creative solutions, and partner with Product.

Work across product, marketing, finance, and marketplace to write the playbook. This role blends strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship with end-to-end ownership from opportunity identification to business case, launch, and optimization.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience tackling strategic business problems with data and creativity.
• Strong accountability and motivation to drive results in a high-autonomy environment.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, or a strong willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Own supply acquisition and engagement strategy to grow the delivery partner base.
• Reduce churn and deepen engagement beyond the first trip; improve long-term platform engagement.
• Champion product-led growth by collaborating with Product to ship solutions for supply growth.
• Support external partnerships to reach and grow new Delivery Partners.
