In a fast-moving environment, you’ll convert unstructured requests into focused project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet core objectives while balancing competing priorities.

Formación

• 2+ years in project management or program operations in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in advanced project management frameworks and tools.
• Proven ability to manage global or cross-site stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to link performance to business metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support large, high-visibility or global projects with minimal guidance.
• Manage complex global stakeholder relationships and align teams on outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables stay on schedule and meet core objectives.
• Perform new business intakes and structure requests into focused project plans.
• Identify patterns in friction and implement global solutions for the community.
• Mentor other Program Specialists and PMs to build a high-performing team.
