Job summary

Uber Advertising in Sydney seeks a Team Lead for the Restaurant vertical to guide a team of Account Executives and Account Managers in advanced demand generation and performance marketing. You will partner with Uber Eats Commercial Teams to translate merchant objectives into scalable ads and offers, driving growth and mentorship in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales role and 2–3 years in a team lead role (ads or related field).
Proven track record of managing multiple accounts through the sales cycle (acquisition to growth and long-term partnership).
Understanding of ads / media landscape.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Book of Business strategy using data from merchants and Uber to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales and account management team; enable with training materials.
Collaborate with Ads Marketing, Analytics and product teams to refine GTM narratives and sales collateral.
Align team with Uber's values and Commercial Competencies while delivering measurable outcomes.
