Legends Global's Cairns Convention Centre is seeking a Casual Events Services Supervisor to support conferences, exhibitions and live events, delivering exceptional customer service and memorable client experiences.

You will be the main client contact during events, monitor operations, coordinate with departments, record event details in the Event Management System, and help create a positive guest experience.

Weekend and evening hours, a friendly team, and opportunities to grow are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients during events, answering questions and helping with requests to ensure events run smoothly.
• Monitor operational activities, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth event operations
• Record event details, updates, and post event notes in the Event Management System
• Help create a positive experience for clients and guests by providing friendly and professional customer service
