Legends Global is seeking a Casual Events Services Supervisor to support event operations at Cairns Convention Centre. You will be the main client contact during events, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service and strong people skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Experience or understanding of events and food & beverage operations.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients during events, answering questions and helping with requests to ensure events run smoothly.
• Monitor operational activities and resolve issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth event operations.
• Record event details, updates, and post-event notes in the Event Management System.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to create a positive experience for clients and guests.
