Job summary

Nu-Pure Beverages, Australia’s largest privately owned beverage manufacturer, is seeking reliable Line Operators for our Stapylton site. You will operate production lines, monitor quality, and support efficient line performance in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll work a structured 12-hour rotating roster with built-in overtime and opportunities to progress to Technician, Leading Hand and Supervisor roles. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, beverage or packaging environment.
• Ability to operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery.
• Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate where required.
• Support line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processes.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team and help deliver high-quality beverages to customers across Australia.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient line performance.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.

Shift Pattern

• 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)
• 84 hours per fortnight
• Rotating roster:
  • 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on
  • 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
  • Rotate fortnightly between day and night shifts
• Two full weekends off per month

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery
• Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage environment (preferred)
• Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)
• Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)
• A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageous
