Job summary

Natures Organics Pty Ltd in Ferntree Gully is seeking Process Workers to join our production team. This is a full-time, non-rotating role offering fixed morning or afternoon shifts, with two options and on-the-job training provided to help you grow.

You will pack, stack and quality-check bottles, maintain GMP and PPE, and have the opportunity to progress into a Machine Operator role while contributing to sustainable, environmentally friendly products.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required - training provided.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable team player with good communication skills.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 12kg.
• Punctual, safety-focused and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Packing finished goods into cartons with accuracy and speed.
• Stacking cartons safely and efficiently.
• Reworking products to meet quality standards.
• Feeding bottles onto fast-moving production lines.
• Filling hoppers with raw materials to keep operations flowing.
• Performing regular product quality checks.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Following GMP and wearing PPE.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

We're growing and looking for reliable, detail-oriented and hard-working Process Workers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a business that values sustainability, teamwork and quality - all while working in a supportive and upbeat environment.

No experience required - full training is provided. If you bring a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic, we'll give you the skills to grow, with the opportunity to progress into a Machine Operator role.

About the Role:

You'll be on the frontline of our production process, ensuring every bottle is packed, stacked and quality-checked to the highest standard. This is a full-time, non-rotating role, working Monday to Friday, with two fixed shift options available:

• Morning Shift: 7:00am - 3:06pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:06pm

You will remain on your chosen shift - no rotation required.

Key Tasks:

• Packing finished goods into cartons with accuracy and speed
• Stacking cartons safely and efficiently
• Reworking products to ensure they meet our quality standards
• Feeding bottles onto fast-moving production lines
• Filling hoppers with raw materials to keep operations flowing
• Performing regular product quality checks
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wearing PPE
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Jumping in to support wherever needed - no task too small!
