Job summary

Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Stapylton head office. You'll be at the centre of our supply chain, coordinating orders, freight movements and data across ERP and warehouse systems.

This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with transport partners and customers while driving continuous improvement.

• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain coordination.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and Business Partner orders from receipt through to dispatch.
• Schedule transport collections and deliveries with freight providers.
• Monitor freight movements and communicate delivery updates.
• Preparing and maintaining dispatch and freight documentation.
• Processing and reconciling freight and pallet-related invoices.
• Managing transport, delivery and customer service enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate data across ERP, Warehouse Management and Freight Management systems.
• Building strong relationships with customers, transport partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and logistics processes.

About the Role

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of our supply chain operations, working closely with our warehouse teams, transport providers, production teams, customers and internal stakeholders to keep products moving across our national network.

This is a hands-on coordination role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating freight movements, maintaining accurate logistics records and helping deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

About You

We're looking for someone highly organised, customer-focused and thrives in a busy operational environment.

You may currently be working as a:

• Dispatch Coordinator
• Warehouse Administrator
• Supply Chain Administrator
• Customer Service Coordinator with logistics exposure

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain coordination.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, warehousing or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
