Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant at Trentham Aged Care to support the design and implementation of engaging lifestyle activities for residents. You will work under the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver programs that promote physical, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing.

The role is fixed-term for 6 months with a 30-hour per fortnight schedule, with potential extension.
