Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Martech Manager to own end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns, bridging marketing creativity and technical execution across email, SMS, and multi-channel journeys.

You will lead a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, champion our Martech stack (Insider CRM, Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), partner with IT and data teams, and drive data-driven segmentation and A/B testing to improve retention, activation, and lifetime value.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing experience.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations and data flows.
• Ability to read basic HTML for emails.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• Experience with Insider, Snowflake, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Drive retention, reactivation, and growth through email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Oversee Martech & Systems Integration with Insider CRM and Snowflake, collaborating with IT and data teams.
• Data-Driven Segmentation & Journeys with A/B testing roadmaps.
• Technical Setup & HTML: configure CRM, build segments, read basic HTML.
• Leadership of Lifecycle Marketing Specialist and mentorship.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Brand Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and agency partners.
