Spotlight Group Holdings in Australia is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Martech Manager to own end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns from strategy to technical execution. You will sit at the intersection of marketing creativity and technical architecture, designing automated and ad-hoc communications across the customer journey to attract, convert, grow, and reactivate our audience.

• Strong understanding of CRM integrations, data flows and health.

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Oversee Martech stack and integration projects with IT and data teams.
• Translate data into targeted customer journeys and A/B roadmaps.
• Mentor the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
