Job summary

Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Martech Manager to own end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns—from strategy to technical execution. You’ll bridge marketing creativity with technical architecture, designing automated communications across the customer journey to attract, convert, grow, and reactivate audiences.

You’ll lead a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, champion our Martech stack, and coordinate with IT, data science, and analytics teams to optimize data models

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing roles.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations and data flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

The Role

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Martech Manager to own end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns from strategy to technical execution. You will sit at the intersection of marketing creativity and technical architecture, designing automated and ad-hoc communications across the customer journey to attract, convert, grow, and reactivate our audience.

In this role, you will lead a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, champion our Martech stack, and act as the bridge between marketing, data science, and IT teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Drive retention, reactivation, and growth strategies through targeted email, SMS, and multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.
• Martech & Systems Integration: Oversee our core CRM architecture (currently leveraging Insider CRM integrated with Snowflake), collaborating closely with IT, E-Commerce, and Master Data teams to build robust data models and custom preferences.
• Data-Driven Segmentation & Journeys: Translate customer behaviour data into highly targeted, personalized customer journeys and rigorous A/B testing roadmaps.
• Technical Setup & HTML: Hands‑on capability to configure CRM setups, build segments, and read/understand basic HTML for campaign deployment.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Direct leadership of 1 direct report (Lifecycle Marketing Specialist), providing guidance, development, and operational support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and external agency partners to align campaign calendars and maximize ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing roles.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding of CRM system integrations, data flows, and database health. Experience with platforms like Insider, Snowflake, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly advantageous.
• Coding Basics: Ability to read and understand basic HTML for email and campaign templates.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Skills: Proven leadership or coaching experience with direct reports, combined with exceptional stakeholder management to navigate complex cross-functional environments.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyse customer data, build data‑driven segmentation models, and translate insights into continuous optimization strategies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
