Job summary

Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Martech Manager to own end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns—from strategy to technical execution. You’ll bridge marketing creativity with technical architecture, designing automated communications across the customer journey to attract, convert, grow, and reactivate audiences.

You’ll lead a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, champion our Martech stack, and coordinate with IT, data science, and analytics teams to optimize data models

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing roles.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations and data flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, data science, and IT.
• Oversee Martech stack and data models for personalized journeys.
• Configure CRM setups, build segments, and understand basic HTML.
