Job summary

Spotlight Group Holdings, Australia’s largest private family business, seeks a Lifecycle Marketing & Martech Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns from strategy to technical execution. You will sit at the intersection of marketing creativity and technical architecture, designing automated communications across the customer journey.

You will lead a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, champion our Martech stack, and bridge marketing, data science and IT teams to optimize retention and lifetime

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations, data flows, and database health.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Oversee Martech stack and data integration with IT and analytics teams.
• Lead a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist and mentor the team.
