Mable is looking for a CRM Specialist. This is a full time role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement & Adoption. The role sits within the Engagement & Retention team, which is part of the wider Growth Team at Mable.

The CRM Specialist is responsible for building and optimising automated customer lifecycle journeys that drive engagement, growth, and retention across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on CRM campaign management and optimisation experience.
• Experience with Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Keen on using AI tools to speed up tasks and improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-channel marketing automation creation, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-app engagement channels.
• Execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success.
• Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns or automation builds.
• Communicate campaign performance and results.
• Optimise new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
• Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans.
• Develop and execute personalisation and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences.
• Ownership of lifecycle maps & process docs.
• Stay up-to-date with the martech trends and best practices.
