Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist - CRM & Lifecycle to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-store channels. You will partner with Brand, Ecommerce, Merchandise and data teams to drive traffic, engagement and sales.

You will own lifecycle programs, leverage Responsys and Amperity, and report on performance while collaborating with a broad marketing group across our brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data-driven marketing with 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• CRM and automation marketing experience - preferably utilising Responsys.
• Experience with multichannel campaigns spanning email, push, SMS across paid and owned channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development and execution of the BWS CRM campaign calendar with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously test and optimise CRM campaigns to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Manage Customer Lifecycle for BWS customers including onboarding and Everyday Rewards linkage.
• Contribute to tactical initiatives tied to the broader customer loyalty strategy.
• Brief email templates and creative assets to agencies and internal teams.
• Utilise Oracle Responsys and other martech to develop dynamic content and lifecycle programs.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance to inform business decisions.
• Present CRM results and learnings to the wider business and marketing teams.
