Zusammenfassung

Mable is seeking a CRM Specialist to design and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app channels. You will partner with Product, Marketing and Data teams to measure journey performance and deliver personalised communications that grow engagement, retention and lifetime value.

You will implement segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle maps, staying current with martech trends while contributing to a high-growth, hybrid work environment in Australia.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on experience in managing, executing and optimising CRM Campaigns or Builds.
• Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms (Braze preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools (JIRA, Miro, Confluence).
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Knows how to use AI tools to assist with tasks, speed up execution and streamline processes.
• Strong time management and passion for tech and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Multi-channel marketing automation creation, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-app engagement channels
• Execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success
• Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns or automation builds
• Communicate campaign performance and results
• Optimise new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
• Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans
• Develop and execute personalisation and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences
• Ownership of lifecycle maps & process docs
• Stay up-to-date with the martech trends and best practices
