APRA AMCOS is seeking a Licensing Representative in Sydney to proactively engage with businesses, educate them about music licensing, and provide licensing solutions. The role is based in Ultimo with hybrid working options, combining office days and work-from-home flexibility.

The successful candidate will have call centre or phone-based sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting KPIs. CRM experience is valued and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

• Proven experience in a call centre or phone-based sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence.
• Be driven by sales targets and have demonstrated ability to work to KPIs.
• Resilience, self-motivation and a solutions-focused approach.
• Prior experience with CRM software is highly regarded.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
