Earlywork Careers Pty Ltd in Sydney CBD NSW is hiring an entry-level Software Sales Development Representative hybrid role. You will generate and qualify new business opportunities for a growing tech company offering modern software solutions.

The role includes a structured 10-week training program, a base salary of 65,000–75,000 AUD plus super, uncapped commission, and an achievable first-year OTE of 100,000+ with potential for 130,000+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Coachable mindset and resilience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, hospitality, retail, or call centre.
• Interest in technology, software, and building a career in SaaS sales.
• Motivation to learn, perform, and progress quickly.

Responsabilités

• Engaging inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn conversations
• Conducting research to identify high-fit accounts and contacts to engage with
• Running discovery calls and product conversations with prospective customers
• Building strong product knowledge and articulating clear value to customers
• Helping to drive referrals and repeat business from existing customers
