Job summary

Qube Holdings in Sydney is seeking a Licensed Customs Broker to join our growing team. You will lodge customs declarations for allocated clients with meticulous attention to detail and ensure timely preparation, checking and lodgement of entries in line with SOPs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork and compliance, with opportunities for professional accreditation, volunteering leave and access to wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Current Customs Broker license and quarantine accreditation.
• Experience with Expedient system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lodge customs declarations for allocated clients with accuracy.
• Prepare, check and lodge customs entries promptly.
• Follow up with Quarantine and Import Food processing as required.
• Ensure smooth workflow and meet KPI while following SOPs.
• Maintain excellent internal and external customer service.
• Provide guidance to Classifier/Compiler staff.
• Handle audits, refunds, drawbacks and related tasks.
• Respond to client quarantine queries with professional advice.
