Qualifications

Current Australian Customs Brokers Licence is required.
Current AEP accreditation with DAFF is required.
Strong understanding of customs procedures and compliance requirements.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Customs Tariff.
Ability to work independently while maintaining team connections.
Customer service excellence.
Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
Proactive approach with solid work ethic.
Reliability and professional accountability.

Responsibilities

Process Import Declarations for our freight forwarding clients in a timely manner
Ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client satisfaction
Maintain excellent service standards with all stakeholders
Provide guidance to compilers as needed
Classify import and export goods
Assist with Customs and DAFF clearances
