Qualifications

• Licensed Customs Broker with Australian accreditation.
• Minimum 2 years of licenced broker experience.
• Knowledge of Australian Customs, tariff regulations and Biosecurity rules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-time customs clearance and release of consignments.
• Apply trade requirements and regulatory knowledge to files.
• Assist clients and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Liaise with external departments and internal teams.
• General administrative duties related to brokerage tasks.
