Qualifications

• Current Australian Customs Brokers Licence is required.
• Current AEP accreditation with DAFF is required.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and compliance requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Customs Tariff.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team connections.
• Customer service excellence.
• Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach with solid work ethic.
• Reliability and professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Process Import Declarations for our freight forwarding clients in a timely manner
• Ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client satisfaction
• Maintain excellent service standards with all stakeholders
